PUMPKIN SPICED LATTE

1 cup milk of your choice

1/4 cup pumpkin pure (homemade or canned)

1 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey or two dates (can substitute monkfruit sweetener

2 scoops Designs for Health Whole Body Collagen

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup freshly brewed coffee (or Dandy blend, Teceino, or Mushroom coffee)


1. In a blender combine the milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, collagen, and pumpkin spice.

2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

3. Add the coffee and mixture in a saucepan.

4. Warm on medium high heat until it starts to simmer.

5. Divide the latte into two cups, may sprinkle with cinnamon.


 Cold Brewed Coffee 

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour over ice.

Green Smoothie Recipe

Several cups of organic greens (choose from spinach, romaine, dandelion, baby green, spring mix, fries, arugula, Bibb lettuce, chicory, Bok Choy, mustard greens, watercress, turnip greens, beet tops, endive, etc...)


  • 1 cup chopped organic celery
  • 1 small organic apple or low sweet apple
  • 1/2 cup fresh organic cilantro
  • 1/2 cup fresh organic parsley
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 TBS organic flax seed
  • 1/2 cup broccoli sprouts, radish sprouts, mixed sprouts
  • 1 cup filtered or spring water
  • 1/2 cup organic lemon freshly squeezed


Combine all ingredients in Nutribullet, Vitamix, or heavy-duty blender.  Blend until smooth.Chew and mix with your saliva before swallowing.

Pomegranate Apple Spritzer

 

• 1 cup unsweetened organic pomegranate juice
• 1 cup unsweetened organic apple juice
• ½ cup sparkling water or club soda (Mountain Valley Sparkling water)
• ¼ cup fresh organic lemon juice
• 1 Tablespoon raw local honey
• Slices of fresh apple and pomegranates arils for garnish
• Ice cubes
• Organic Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)


How To Make:


1. In  a pitcher, combine the unsweetened pomegranate juice, unsweetened apple  juice, fresh lemon juice, and honey. Stir well to blend the flavors.     

2. Fill glasses with ice cubes.    

3. Pour the pomegranate and apple juice mixture evenly into 2/3 of the glasses.    

4. Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda to add a refreshing fizz.   

5. Garnish each glass with slices of fresh organic apple, a few pomegranate arils, and a sprig of fresh mint if desired.    

6. Give it a gentle stir to combine the flavors and serve your Pomegranate Apple Spritzer immediately.
